Welcome to Pyramid Solitaire, a highly engaging and fast-paced game of math and memory. Your goal is to dismantle the pyramid of cards by pairing them up so their values equal exactly 13.
How to Play Pyramid Solitaire
- The Goal: Remove all 28 cards from the pyramid layout to win the game.
- Matching to 13: You can remove cards by tapping or dragging pairs that add up to
13.
- Number cards are worth their face value (e.g., 8 is worth 8).
- Aces are worth 1.
- Jacks are worth 11 (Pairs with a 2).
- Queens are worth 12 (Pairs with an Ace).
- Kings are worth 13! They don't need a pair. Simply tap a King to remove it instantly.
- Exposed Cards Only: You can only play cards in the pyramid if they are completely uncovered. If another card is overlapping it, you must remove the overlapping card first.
- The Stock & Waste: If you cannot find a pair on the board, click the Stock pile (top left) to reveal a new card in the Waste pile. You can match the top Waste card with any exposed card in the Pyramid, or match a Waste card with the card directly beneath it.
- Recycling: If you run out of cards in the Stock pile, clicking the empty spot will turn the Waste pile back over, allowing you to cycle through the deck indefinitely until you win or get permanently stuck.
